About the Job
98 Acres Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Experience and Quality Analyst to help improve customer satisfaction and maintain service standards. The selected candidate will review guest feedback, evaluate online reviews, identify recurring service issues, and prepare reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
Track guest satisfaction scores and service quality indicators.
Monitor online reviews and prepare performance reports.
Analyse customer feedback from surveys and social media.
Identify opportunities to improve guest experiences.
Conduct service audits and surveys.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, data analytics, or a related discipline.
Two to five years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with customer feedback platforms and survey tools.
